How to achieve success and accept challenges of the present scenario and coming time looking at the achievements and the ambitions for which two factors are important, one is the efforts made by the individual concerned in relation to his duty and responsibility and the other is God's grace,which is universal truth and preferential .Open minded individual striving with right attitude receives the grace  .As such people with humility accepting their limitations and believing on the grace of God enabling them to ward off the difficulties faced by them in any pursuit may achieve success however the right attitude coupled with right efforts aligned with the total culminates in believe to do the right and realising the fairness between the reality and the individuality begin to live life must be the ultimate purpose of the believe in the multiple Gods not in one God  .The God is infinite and the entire universe is temporary phase of the receiving grace of the almighty God where all we surrender before the infinite strength of the almighty God  ,however surrender doesn't mean surrendering our thinking and act and observations but it is surrendering the egocentric desires and egoestic attitude of the individual concerned ,as such the right attitude coupled with right efforts would definitely bring success in the impact on functioning and achieving goals in participating the fulcrum of the capability and capacity of an individual working for the ruling a pyrrhic win in the present scenario and shape of democracy facing problems and challenges, due to delay in deciding the cases and creating unnecessary hurdles to each other living in the society and circle .
