GOI AND THE STATE GOVERNMENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE TO CHECK DEGREE OF POLLUTION AND THE INDUSTRIAL EFFLUENTS DESTROYING THE HEALTH NORMS OF THE RESIDENTS OF SORROUNDINGS.

The green tribunal has time to time issued directions to the Admininistration to take time bound preventive measures required to check Pollution in the various rivers however state governments and the Pollution control board taking no suo moto cognizance of the orders passed by the NGT . Particularly in the plain areas of Nalagarh Baddi various streams and rivers are coming out from the Shivalik range of Himachal Pradesh and flowing through the Baddi area to Chandigarh Punjab and Haryana.The scenario gets worse when it passes through the Industrial areas of Chandigarh and sector 12 panchkula to Zirakpur Mohali Punjab .The relevant departments and the Pollution control board must Prepare it's master plan for cleaning the envoirnmental behaviour of the sorrounding areas by providing the sewage treatment plants in vicinity of the various reaches passing over through the areas covered as the critically polluted water is used by the villagers for their common cause which may create problem to the residents of the sorroundings areas however it may also originate various diseases like cholera , jaundice typhoid and dehydration etc etc for which the government must do some corrective measures and stream line the flow of going water with way side plantations across the rivers and the streams joining the river net work in plain areas up to the Rajsthan .The government of India and the state governments are responsible to protect the good envoirnmental approach in favor of the people of Society and circle living near the sorroundings of polluted empty deserts however it may be improved with the addition of green cover if provided for the Improvement of naked sorroundings around these flow of the dirty scenario and shape spreading with vast exploitation during the heavy rains affecting the health norms badly and may be observed on the banks of the plain reaches covered by this uncontrolled unstreamlined  behaviour of the flow of water sludge and sewage waste as well as the industrial effluents , playing with the health norms and standards required for the good health conditions ,even destroying the envoirnmental behaviour of the people .
