THE (CJI) STATED THAT THE CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC SHALL THRIVE ONLY WHEN ITS CITIZENS ARE AWARE OF WHAT THEIR CONSTITUTION ENVISAGES.

Chief justice of India Shri N.V.Ramana. on Sunday stated that a constitutional republic shall thrive only when it's Citizens are aware of what is their constitutional envisages . Addressing the fifth convocation of the National law University (HNLU) at Raipur he emphasised that every individual must be made aware about their rights and duties,and that it should be the endeavour of the law graduates to explain to me people of country about the constitutional provisions made ,he also termed law as an instrument of social change and demanded the social engineering from the system of education.The coming generations must bring this revolution in the world wide which is being felt at the present scenario of global challenge by violation of the human rights for which United force across the world wide may have technological reforms and revolution as required to made the people educated and experienced in this behalf of the awareness drive movement ,however people of country are still not aware about their empowerment and fundamental rights given by the Constitution of India and too by the GOI and the state governments as related to the citizens of country with RTI act publications and too by the RTS act adjudication. Definitely as stated by the respective CJI it is necessary to protect the fundamental rights of the people and bring awareness for which the law school education must turn this capability inthe coming generations and work on the captioned subject matter deliberation required to be maintained by way of social engineering because the law isan instrument of social reform and the change in the capacity of individual found necessary in the present scenario and circumstances of the system for service and reforms , maintained by the parliamentary democracy , Admininistration and the Court of law and rules, however people are not aware about their empowerment and fundamental rights even RTI has been made functional since 2005 and the RTS act adjudication too working for the welfare of society and circle since 2011.
