The official said that the team was set up after Complaints were received from the area and state of HP and Gujrat about its poor quality of the work done by the contractors. In an office memorandum the ministry of road and surface transport has stated that payments only for carrying out maintenance and safety of the vehicular traffic movement of the traffic can be released during the process of the audit and the instructions have been issued to stop the major payments to ensure that the contractor completes the work as per the suggestion made by the experts committee .
