DEMOCRACY TO SHAPE INDIA AND BRING KEY INSTITUTIONS REQUIRED FOR THE GOOD GOVERNANCE AND TRANSPARENCY IN ADMININISTRATION:-- The parliamentary democracy empowered by the Citizen of country if elections brought democracy in the independent India, parliament ensured that it is endured .The first loksabh, directly elected was constituted on April 17,1952 with majority of the MPs from the Indian National Congress and the first presidential address by Dr Rajendra Prasad, while touching upon India's economic condition , relationship with others (Foreign policy) and welfare of society and circle the than president of the country expressed hope about the extra ordinary working and setting up of an example for friendly cooperation and efficient working in the institutional performance as well as need to establish institutions that could formulate policies and procedures required to implement with key observations for the support of the Citizens of country to meet with their aspirations and providing them with a forum for remedy to resolve the grievances of the common man demanding free and fair justice from the system of governance.For that , and to give effect to its founding values, the Constitution of India working for the procedure laid down by the Parliamentary Democracy and Executive as well as the court of the law with the help of the institutional performance ,ie Supreme court of India, and the election commission of India too resposible for the watch and ward of the democracy run by the people of country and maintained by the people of country and too working for the welfare of people of country .
