HOW TO GET BETTER , HEALTH SERVICES , JUSTICE AND CHARTER OF PUBLIC SERVICE GUARANTEE FROM THE GOVERNMENT .

People are not getting required facilities and man power for their services in the government work field. In case of health and safety measures the doctors are over worked and have to work the round the clock against many odds .This ,in turn effects the safety of patients.In case of justice when people attend the courts they face many problems due to lack of facilities and delay in deciding the cases .As such in the Indian Standard and Society for administrative reforms Indian society working on the captioned subject matter deliberation required to be maintained by the law code manual prefixed by the constitution of India does not have merely people looking for the work field , consent takes on a more retrograded  redefinition,as not merely submission before the competent court of law,but servitude and it could be done better if placed before the room for improvement and conclusions however better market models and efficient,mature professionals are not available in the field of justice for common man demanding free and fair justice from the system of governance .The government has created another path of the way out to get informations related to the citizens through RTI act publications and charter of public accountability with in the law code manual prefixed by the government in this behalf but the Public authorities are reluctant to decide pending cases and Appeals of the RTI activists, volunteers and the resource persons working on the captioned subject matter deliberation required to be maintained by the government .Under these conditions and circumstances it is necessary to have promote the system of governance and charter of public accountability through Legislative conclusion and redefinition for which the Parliamentary Democracy is responsible to take cognizance of the annual reports furnished by the SIC and CIC in this behalf however political parties are taking no cognizance on the burning issues ,even it is required under law code manual prefixed by the RTI act publications and too by the RTS act adjudication is proof and evidence on the record of the government .
