NTPC HAS TAKEN NO REMEDIAL MEASURES REQUIRED FOR THE REHABILITATION OF THE KOL DAM OUSTEES , FACING PROBLEMS SINCE 2004 .

Dam oustees of Kol dam existing in state of Himachal Pradesh are complaining since 2004 that the company has taken no cognizance of their plot allotment and rehabilitation process of their adjustment at Kangoo near Slapper District Mandi Himachal Pradesh even number of Complaints registered before the SDO Civil Sunder Nagar District Mandi Himachal .On the other hand the RTI activist of area and circle Shri Rajat Kumar has complain that the company has failed to provide plantation in the sorroundings of areas where as the BBMB is taking cognizance of the required arrangements near the lake and it's sorroundings in Govind Sagar in district Bilaspur and Una and making arrangements for the required plantation with the help of the Forest department .It is also made a Complaint through the Punjab Kesari today on 20-6-2022 that the outflow water of the slip way is continuously spreading over the houses of the village Ropa existing in the Sunder Nagar sub division of Mandi district and creating dampness in the structure of the near by building infrastructure for which company has taken no cognizance and remedial measures even number of requests before the administration .It is necessary to protect the fundamental rights of the people of area and circle and the Administrative authorities must take all such issues and matter with the Company as well as the NTPC in the interest of justice and transparency in the administration for which the Deputy Commissioners of District Bilaspur and Mandi are responsible to do the needful and arrange for the remedies required to protect the safety measures of people demanding free and fair justice from the system of governance since the long.
