Democracy is proud of our country and the Citizens of country enjoying their position and post in the status of symbol for recognition of the democratic set up of the country list by way and virtue of which people of country have been empowered with the provision of RTI act publications and too the RTS act adjudication to protect fundamental rights issued by the constitution of country to check the transpancy and accountability in the system of governance managed by the Administrative reforms taken in hand by the Parliamentary Democracy, Executive and the court of law however people are facing problems due to unusual practice of delay and dereliction of duty for which necessary empowerment has been delivered by the government to protect their benefits under law code manual prefixed by the study of protocol mentioned in the RTI and RTS the republic.fundamentality ,unitary ideal ,this inability to criticise the government in any capacity of the citizenship rendered by the constitution of India to its functioning and distribution of powers to protect the fundamental of democracy however the rights and protections are dictated by the political exigencies rather than the principles of the government for which further course of action may be taken to Administrative reforms under law code manual at the level of courts and the commission's too working for the good governance and accountability under law code manual prefixed by the constitution of India in this behalf. The democracy is working for the welfare of society and circle and doing the needful ,however these laws must have appropriate opportunity and protection to defend the federal structure of the length and varities of the existing rights and protections , time to time described and placed before the system for service and benefits assured by the government to safeguard the interests of the society and circle demanding free and fair justice from the system of governance however facing typical problems due to Constitutions special -interests , transient in nature and at the mercy of the future governments and their electoral majorities.
