GOVERNMENT MUST FOLLOW LAW OF LIMITATIONS REQUIRED TO DEAL WITH THE SYSTEM FOR SERVICE UNDER LAW AND DO THE NEEDFUL INSTEAD OF POLITICAL CONCEPTION.

The political parties should determine their charter of duties and responsibilities with in the eye que of the law of limitations prefixed by the constitution of India At present the country is working in shadow of financial crisis ,so it is very important to identify the overall view  of the people of country required to resolve the situation arrived because of the political parties programmes and Schemes assuring people for the freebies in the coming future even not in a position to control the situation and position of strategic security and pressure for which the political parties must think about the overall performance and requirements of the people of country and hightime Indian politics must do the provison of the action plan under the protocol of constructive approach and thinking turned into the arguments before the Parliamentary discussion and rethinking for the welfare of people of country instead of the political gains .We should not believe in our own ideology and perceptions but too listen the view points of the others in the society and circle as such the partial vision does not get things done right and the balanced till whole picture of the comprehensive view points came before the house of Members working for the democratic reforms and get the problems resolved .A time has come to listen the view points of the various groups and organisations working on the captioned subject matter deliberation required to be maintained by the way under law code manual however government is reluctant to follow the vision and reforms acquired by the true access of the eventuality found through the practical approach and solution to resolve the problem of the society and circle as facing delay in deciding the cases and wrong interpretation of law code manual prefixed by the government in this behalf however ignoring the facts and figures of the reality as demanding transpancy and accountability in the decision making process and procedure laid down by the law code manual.
