Power in speak, Write and Act is the intellect and imagination and the natural shape of transition from instinct to reason and a shift .When we speak and write ,it is the intellect dimension of mind that speaks and writes ,so our intellect makes us what we are however it is involved by way of efforts and the prompt thinking and questioning which is a functional aspect of the intellect ,without it knowledge could not be flourished so we can not speak and write spontaneously.Definitely we think before we speak and write, having to exert considerable efforts and the energy. So if you understand others , you are active and smart and if you understand yourself you are illuminated and if you overlook others ,you are powerful. If you overcome yourself,you have strength .If you know how to be satisfied,you are rich and if you can act with vigour ,you have a will .Hence it is necessary to protect the things and must be intellect to speak Write and Act for which the RTI act publications and too the RTS act adjudication must be followed by individuals in the interest of good governance and accountability and practice to speak , write and Act and observe others too in doing their duty and performance under law code manual prefixed by the constitution and too by the study.
