DEMOCRACY IS BECOMING TOP DRESSING INSTEAD OF THE OPINION TO DEAL WITH THE DIFFICULT SITUATIONS AND PROBLEMS OF THE COMMON MAN DEMANDING FREE AND FAIR JUSTICE FROM THE SYSTEM OF GOVERNANCE

Democracy has become top dressing of the posts and positions for which the government is responsible to improve the social and economic reforms of the communities continuously suffering from the problems like right to livelihood and widening of gap which is increasing with the passage of time instead of maintaining the levels suppressed the empowerment of the common man in significant way of wrong interpretation of law code manual relying on the primary material like Parliamentary debates and speeches and too from the arguments and judgements prepared by the courts of law and rules.The opinion in the country is formed on the basis of the top performing reports and returns instead of taking cognizance of the RTI act publications and too the RTS act adjudication reports required to be furnished by the SIC and CIC annually at the level of GOI and the state governments responsible for the welfare of society and circle and doing the needful under law code manual to bring transparency and accountability in the administration .If the courts and the state governments do not respond then naturally in the system of democracy people may built pressure to set themselves in the Group identity and counter -publics -those who feel neglected and excluded from the system of governance and charter of public accountability as facing problems due to unusual practice of delay and dereliction of duty at every level of the betrays inability to deal with the difficult facts and figures of the bad things even representation formed to protect the fundamental rights of the society and circle and doing the needful action required for the welfare of society and circle taking cognizance of the informations obtained from the system of governance and protesting against the social and economic contradictions through law code manual prefixed by the RTI act publications and too by the RTS act adjudication however facing concipracies, insted of decision and adjudication by the system for service.
