NTPC RESPONSIBLE TO FOLLOW GOVT INSTRUCTIONS AND PAY DUES TO THE HP FOREST AND THE PRIVATE LAND OWNERS ,IN THE INTEREST OF DAM OUSTEES.

A letter has been written by the Deputy General Manager NTPC Koldam to the Sub Divisional officer (civil ) Sundernagar with the request to follow Mutation of the land which has been given to the dam oustees at Kangu near Slapper ,however on the other hand the Naib Tehsildar Dehar has reported to the SDO (Civil ) Sunder Nagar that matter has been verified at site of work and some of the land is belonging to the private owners for which necessary payments have been demanded by the land owners .At the same time the department of forest and the DFO Sunder Nagar has also demanded payments of the trees situated in the government land in said land where Dam oustees are demanding their facilities and services from the NTPC .The government has also mentioned in the letter issued to the authority for rehabilitation that NTPC is too responsible to plant five trees against one removed from the government land where NTPC is demanding land ownership from the state government for which the NTPC is responsible to fulfill the conditions time to time verified by the revenue authorities in this behalf and the NTPC must follow instructions issued by the government and the other public authorities in the interest of justice to the dam oustees .The RTI welfare Association Registered number HPCD 3552 has gone through the letters and Complaints furnished before the all concerned as well as the MLA Sunder Nagar and come to the conclusion that the NTPC must follow interest of the common man demanding free and fair justice from the system of governance and do the needful under law code manual , failing which NTPC authorities may be held responsible for the delay and dereliction of duty as case file pending since very long is proof and evidence on the record of all concerned.
