RTI WELFARE ASSOCIATION REGISTERED NUMBER HPCD 3552 HAS DECIDED TO PROVIDE STANDARD SET OF DRAWINGS IN THE PANCHAYATI RAJ DEPARTMENT ,IF REALISED BY THE PUBLIC SERVICE.

RTI welfare Association Registered number HPCD 3552 Bilaspur Himachal Pradesh working on the captioned subject matter deliberation required to be noticed under law code manual prefixed by the RTI and RTS act adjudication continuosly realising that the development taken in hand by the government related to the Panchayati Raj Department is taking no cognizance of the Indian Standard and specifications while preparing the Design, scope and DPR of the various Schemes and programmes highlighted by the study of protocol mentioned in the social audit report and confirmation of the various group members working for the good governance and accountability under law code manual prefixed by the constitution of India in this behalf.As for as the construction works are concerned no work could be taken in hand without its Standard Drawings and Design as well as the DPR required to measure the assessment of details to be worked out and the specifications as well as Quality performance ,however it is found in the audit reports that no relevant Drawings have been approved by the competent authority responsible to provide the Drawings and follow test checks at the site of work for which the one technical assistance over two gram panchayats in the Panchayati Raj Department are working on the said works and projects of the Mahatma Gandhi National rural employment guarantee scheme .So keeping in view the challenge of maintaining the government assignments more perfect and technical expertise results oriented the RTI welfare Association Registered number HPCD 3552 has decided to provide the standard set of drawings and Design parameters based on the IS and IRC so that govt work may have similar provisions and protocol mentioned as in the code of practice and specifications .
