RTI AND RTS ACT ADJUDICATION ISSUED FOR THE PURPOSE OF SEPARATING POWERS AND TO KEEP EACH OTHER IN THE CHECK OF FUNDAMENTAL VALUES SHAPED IN THE DEMOCRACY OF COUNTRY.

The India's first  electoral roll meant to include the names of all adult men and women without any mentioned qualification ,was being prepared by the Constituent assembly Secretariat ,under the guidance of the constitutional advisor Shri B.N Rau ,in March 1950 and this work of the electoral roll was handed over to India's first Chief Election Commissioner ,Shri Sukumar Sain , With this preparation of the electoral roll in 1949 ,and conduct of the lok Sabha elections in 1952 , parliamentary democracy based on universal adult suffrage was brought to on record in India ,as a momentous development taking place in the midst of partition was the basic finding of the constitution hinged on adoption of the core values.Now over the past seven decades these values have been realised and tested with the further process and procedure laid down under Law code manual prefixed by the parliamentary democracy of India by including the RTI act publications and too the RTS act adjudication since 2005 and 2011 and yet they have endured ,the framers of the constitution, these values formed a vision for the country and states responsible for the good governance and charter of public accountability serving the democratic set up wanted to serve more with the founding values maintained by the constitution of India and related to the federalism, Separation of powers ,securalism and fraternity , diversity along religious, linguistic and the caste based lines and adopted a constitution representative of the diverse interests .In the system of democracy interest of no one could be retrospectively operated by reason of the liberty and equality, fraternity did eventually make its way into the preamble and also within the Society and circle of Indian Standard and factor with seven major religions,22 Constitutionally recognised languages and thousands of dialects.The judiciary kept a watchful eye on the government, validating the principles of separation of powers and specifically it's own independence. The purpose of separating powers between the government organs ,so that they keep each other in check ,stood fulfilled since the introduction of the RTI act publications and too the RTS act adjudication however very few people are taking cognizance of the empowerment delivered by the government and Constitution of India in favor of the people of country for which some fundamental values and procedures of the law code manual prefixed by the Constitution of India as such the constitution recognise the right of the individuals and communities to practice for the welfare of society and circle and doing the needful under law code manual prefixed by the government of India and too by the state governments for reforming the settled law course fundamentals issued for the good governance and accountability .
