STRESS CAN BE GOOD FOR BRAIN FUNCTIONING IF LOW TO MODERATE

Life is a struggle and one could not remain without stress free working in the modern world and technology for the  ability to tolerate the mental health symptoms. The study on the research of stress has found that low to moderate level of stress can help individuals,develop resilience and may reduce the risk of developing mental health disorders ,like depression and anti social behaviours .Low or moderate stress can also help individuals to cope with future stressful encounters. The stress that comes from the study pulling long time close deal with the potential growth of work and duty one must take some rest for a while in between the period of study . While a little stress can be good for cognition , continued level of high stress can be incredibly damaging both physically and mentally for which intime need of play and rest as a part of support for how well an individual handle the situation and position as well as challenge may bring immune system in order to continue with the things that have to deal with the neurocognitive abilities.
